"Article 3.1. Features of application of the legislation of the Russian Federation on counteraction of extremist activities concerning religious texts
The bible, the Koran, the Tanakh and Gandzhur, their content and quotes from them cannot be recognized as extremist materials.".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
