Bring in the Federal Law of July 19, 2011 No. 247-FZ "About social guarantees to the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation and modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 30, Art. 4595; No. 46, Art. 6407; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7608; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6152) following changes:

Article 4 to add 1) with part 10 of the following content:

"10. The employee and the citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in law-enforcement bodies with pension entitlement, staying on the registry as having the right to lump social sum payment and having three and more children living together with them, or the awarded ranks of the Hero of the Russian Federation, or combat veterans in the territory of Afghanistan have the privilege to provision of lump social sum payment by it before employees and citizens of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in law-enforcement bodies with pension entitlement, accepted on accounting the same year.";

Article 20 to add 2) with part 10 of the following content:

"10. Provisions of part 3 of Article 4 and article 5 of this Federal Law extend to members of the family of employees, the died (dead) during the period from March 1, 2005 to December 31, 2011 owing to mutilation or other damage of health received in connection with accomplishment of service duties. At the same time the right to the lump social sum payment provided by part 3 of article 4 of this Federal Law remains for widows (widowers) before repeated marriage.".
