About the National program of cyber security of the Republic of Moldova for 2016-2020
Based on provisions of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412) with subsequent changes and amendments, the Government DECIDES:
1. Approve the National program of cyber security of the Republic of Moldova for 2016-2020 it (is applied).
2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities to represent to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure each half a year, till August 1 and on February 1, information on accomplishment of the National program of cyber security of the Republic of Moldova for 2016-2020, according to the established obligations.
3. To the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure to generalize the acquired information and to represent to the Government each half a year, till September 1 and on March 1, the report on accomplishment of the National program of cyber security of the Republic of Moldova for 2016-2020.
4. Monitoring and coordination of process of accomplishment of the National program of cyber security of the Republic of Moldova for 2016-2020 to assign to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.
