2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

The changes made to the Procedure for accomplishment of preparatory and construction works

1. The fifth Item 2 after the word "declarations" to add the paragraph with the words "about the beginning of accomplishment of preparatory work and the declaration on the beginning of accomplishment of construction works (further-declarations)".

2. State Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Provision (obtaining, registration), return (refusal in issue) or cancellation (registration cancellation) of the documents granting the right to accomplishment of preparatory and construction works is performed by the bodies of the state architectural construction supervision determined by article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities".
