About modification and amendments in Regulations on the state certification and approbation of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil for application in rural and forest farms

In Regulations on the state certification and approbation of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil, for application in rural and forest farms, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1307 of December 12, 2005. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 176-181, 1446), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in all text of the Provision of the word "Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of the environment" in the corresponding case;

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 17 of the word "within 2-3 years" "within 2-3 vegetative periods", and the words "within 1-2 years" – the words "within 1-2 vegetative periods";
