About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance" concerning ensuring activities of Social Insurance Funds during reorganization

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make to the section VII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 11, the Art. 75) the following changes:

Items 5 and 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. The Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine and its working bodies are legal successors of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine, its executive directorate, managements of executive directorate of this Fund in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, departments in areas and the cities of regional value, and also Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability, its executive directorate, departments of this Fund in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol and their working bodies.

6. Determine that before completion of the actions connected with formation of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine and working bodies of its executive directorate:

accomplishment of the functions and tasks provided by this Law provide within competence the relevant executive directorates of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine and Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability and their working bodies;

the decision on the termination of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability, its departments, executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability, executive directorates of departments of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability and about formation of the commissions on their reorganization, statement of staff of these commissions is accepted by executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability;
