About entering of amendments into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of acceptance of additional measures for protection of valuable and other interests of the organizations, further development of the types of voluntary insurance which are not relating to life insurance I decide:
1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 2008 No. 280 "About inclusion of insurance premiums by the types of voluntary insurance which are not relating to life insurance in costs on production and sales of products, goods (works, services)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 121, 1/9719; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.08. 2013, 1/14449) following amendments:
add subitem 1.6 with the paragraph the eleventh the following content:
"for damnification when implementing installation and construction works;";
add Item with subitems 1.7 and 1.8 of the following content:
"1.7. insurance of construction risks;
1.8. risks insurance of the guaranteeing and issuing association operating according to the Customs convention about ATA cornet for temporary import of goods of December 6, 1961 and the Convention on temporary import of June 26, 1990.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
