About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the Federal Budget for 2015 and for Planning Period of 2016 and 2017"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 1, 2014 No. 384-FZ "About the federal budget for 2015 and for planning period of 2016 and 2017" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 49, Art. 6893; 2015, No. 17, Art. 2468; No. 29, Art. 4337) following changes:

1) regarding 1 Article 1:

a) in paragraph one of the word "in the amount of 73rd 119, one billion rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount of 73rd 515, 0 billion rubles";

3) part 10 of Article 8 to recognize invalid;

4) in Article 9:

b) part 2 in paragraph one "open" to exclude the word;

Determine that in 2015 the subventions provided from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of social payments to jobless citizens according to the Law of the Russian Federation of April 19, 1991 No. 1032-I "About employment of the population in the Russian Federation" can go for compensation of the budgets expenses of subjects of the Russian Federation made on these purposes at the expense of own income of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation.";

For accomplishment in 2015 of functions of the agents of the Government of the Russian Federation provided by part 5 of this Article, to Vnesheconombank, remuneration in total amount to the 730th 000, 0 thousand rubles is paid to joint-stock companies "Russian Bank of Support of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship", "Roseksimbank", "Russian Agricultural Bank" and Rosagrosnab open joint stock company.
