About approval of Changes in Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners

According to Articles 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Chapter 5 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for reorganization of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 189, No. 845/15536 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2008 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Pisaruk A. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

Changes in Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners

1. In Chapter 1:

The paragraph the fifth Item 1.2 to exclude 1).

With respect thereto paragraphs of the sixth - to consider the ninth respectively paragraphs the fifth - the eighth;

Item 1.5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1.5. Reorganization of bank begins after approval of the plan of reorganization by the authorized person of National Bank".
