Article 1

Suspend from January 1, 2016 to January 1, 2018 action of part one of article 26 of the Federal Law of July 10, 2002 No. 86-FZ "About the Central bank the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 28, Art. 2790; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4084; 2014, No. 40, the Art. 5318) regarding the size of the percent of the profit which is actually got by the Bank of Russia following the results of year remaining after tax payment and charges according to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation transferred into the federal budget.

Article 3

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for article 1 of this Federal Law.
