About introduction of amendments and changes in the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 4. Add the Code with Article 161.1 of the following content:

"Article 161.1. The securities issued in the social purposes

1. Those nominal shares which confirm the right of the owner (citizen) to receipt of pension or, in the cases provided by the pension legislation – other amounts (the securities issued by the pension funds) in the procedure established by the law and conditions are considered as the securities issued in the social purposes.
