1) Article 30 to add with part 14.2 following of content:

"14.2. The judicial police officer-contractor in the resolution on excitement of enforcement proceeding warns the debtor about establishment concerning its temporary restrictions provided by this Federal Law in case of non-execution in the time established for voluntary execution without valid excuse of the requirements containing in the executive document.";

Item 6 of part 10 of Article 34.1 to add 2) with words ", about temporary restriction on use of the debtor of the special right";

Part 4 of article 47 after the words "on departure from the Russian Federation" to add 3) with words ", on use of the special rights granted to the debtor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation";

4) in Article 64:

a) add part 1 with Item 15.1 of the following content:
