Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of September 26, 1997 No. 125-FZ "About liberty of conscience and about religious associations" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 39, Art. 4465; 2000, No. 14, Art. 1430; 2002, No. 12, Art. 1093; No. 30, Art. 3029; 2003, No. 50, Art. 4855; 2004, No. 27, Art. 2711; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4387) following changes:

Item 2 of Article 14 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"numerous non-presentation by the religious organization in federal body of state registration or its territorial authority at the scheduled time of the report, stipulated in Item 2 articles 25.1 of this Federal Law, in the presence in activities of the religious organization of other violations of the law of the Russian Federation.";

2) in Article 25:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The federal body of state registration or its territorial authority exercises control of observance by the religious organizations of the legislation of the Russian Federation on liberty of conscience, religious liberty and about religious associations, and also the purposes and the procedure for activities provided by their charters when implementing federal state supervision of activities of the religious organizations.";

b) add with Items 3 - 6 following contents:

"3. Provisions of the Federal Law of December 26, 2008 No. 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs when implementing the state control (supervision) and municipal control" taking into account the features established by this Article are applied to the relations connected with protection of the rights of the religious organizations when implementing federal state supervision of activities of the religious organizations.
