Article 1

Make to the section III appendices to the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 No. 5-FZ "About veterans" (in edition of the Federal Law of January 2, 2000 No. 40-FZ) (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 3, Art. 168; 2000, No. 2, Art. 161; 2002, No. 48, Art. 4743; 2008, No. 40, Art. 4501; 2009, No. 51, Art. 6148; 2011, to No. 45, the Art. 6337) change, having stated line item:

"Fighting in the Republic of Tajikistan: September - November, 1992;

from February, 1993 to December, 1997"

in the following edition:

"Accomplishment of tasks on protection of constitutional rights of citizens, restoration of peace, law enforcement, defense of the Tajik-Afghan border, stabilization of situation, protection and defense of important state objects in the conditions of emergency state and in case of armed conflict in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan:

September - November, 1992;

from February, 1993 to December, 1997".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
