About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 26, 2008 No. 265

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 26, 2008 No. 265 "Some questions of provision of pensions of citizens" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 25, the Art. 785, No. 74, Art. 2485; 2009, No. 81, Art. 2742; 2012, No. 91, Art. 3686; 2014, No. 34, Art. 911) following changes:

1) in Item 1 of the word and figures of "disabled people of I and II groups" shall be replaced with words "disabled people (including handicapped children)", and after the words "the government address assistance to pension" to add with the words "and government public assistance";

2) in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "to disabled people since the childhood and to handicapped children," to exclude, and shall be replaced with words the words "except disabled people of I and II groups" also in figure "except persons specified in Item 1 of this resolution".

2. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2015.
