Bring in appendix 2 to the Method of calculation of the rent for state-owned property and proportions of its distribution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 4, 1995 No. 786 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, No. 2, Art. 57; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 3, Art. 84; 2001, No. 8, Art. 321; 2002, No. 47, Art. 2124; 2007, No. 1, Art. 34; 2009, No. 43, Art. 1453; 2011, No. 71, Art. 2677; 2013, No. 29, Art. 1002; 2015, No. 50, Art. 1608), following changes:
the fourth Item 23 to exclude the paragraph;
add appendix with Item 30 of the following content:
"30. Accommodation of professional creative specialists on the square (creative workshops) which is not used for implementation of business activity and constitutes:
no more than 50 sq.m 1
more than 50 sq.m 3".
