About entering of amendment into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 1 of Article 134 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 17, 1998 with the new offer of the following content: "In case of satisfaction of the recovery suit of the money for violation provided by the Civil code, obligations of the head of fund, the court in final part of the resolution establishes also that, the collectible amount is subject to collection only from property of the relevant fund, or only from property of the head of the run into debt fund which is not considered as property of fund or from property of the relevant fund and if it is not enough, also from property of the head of the run into debt fund which is not considered as property of fund.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
