About entering of amendments into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. After the word "court" to add the last offer of part 1 of Article 134 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 17, 1998 (further – the Code) with words ", proceeding from requirements of the Civil code and other laws of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. To add the title of Chapter 26.1 and article 163.1 of the Code, and also part 1 of Article 163.1 after words of "investment companies" with words ", managing investment companies".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
