According to the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine we ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of July 30, 2009 No. 789/414/709 "About approval of the Procedure of customs clearance of import goods in container and packaging materials", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 31, 2009 on No. 717/16733.
2. To development department of entrepreneurship and regulatory policy of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (Semenikhin V. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine, the deputy minister of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine and the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
