About modification of Requirements concerning writing of the name of the legal entity or his separate division

According to part seven of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs" and to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I order:

1. Bring in the Requirements concerning writing of the name of the legal entity or his separate division approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 05, 2012 No. 368/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2012 at No. 367/20680 (with changes), the following changes:

1) to add Item 1.7 of the Section I with the new subitem of the following content:

"1.7.3. Symbolics communistic and/or national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian modes.";

2) to add the Section II with new Item of the following content:

"2.25. Full name of joint-stock company in Ukrainian shall contain the name of its type (public or private) and form of business (joint-stock company).
