About modification of the Method of calculation of the sizes of indemnification caused to the state owing to violation of the law about protection and rational use of water resources

According to the paragraph of the subitem 62 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 21, 2015 No. 32, for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of charge of the losses caused to the state owing to violation of the law about protection and rational use of water resources I ORDER third:

1. Approve Changes in the Method of calculation of the sizes of indemnification caused to the state owing to violation of the law about protection and rational use of water resources, approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of July 20, 2009 No. 389, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 14, 2009 No. 767/16783, which are applied.

2. The state ecological inspection of Ukraine (the Stutterer A.M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
