According to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in the field of fire safety in compliance with the current legislation I ORDER to No. 731:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash against May 11, 2006 No. 278 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of work of bodies of the state fire supervision for issue of permission to the beginning of work of the companies and lease of rooms", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 26, 2006 for No. 608/12482.

2. To provide to department of legal providing the Ministry of Internal Affairs (D.V.'s Gorbas) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
