About modification of the Law of Turkmenistan "About the local executive authority"

"6) is provided by control of realization of adopted agendas, construction projects of objects of housing and communal services and social and production appointment, will organize examination of projects of city, etrapsky and settlement value; acts as the customer on construction and repair of the objects of social infrastructure financed by the local budget or the raised target funds; issues in accordance with the established procedure permission to implementation in the corresponding territory of town-planning activities; approves structure of the state inspections, takes part in acceptance in operation of subjects to housing-and-municipal appointment and other objects, approves acts of the acceptance in operation (prohibits commissioning) such objects according to the procedure established by the legislation of Turkmenistan issues the certificate on the property right to such objects which are in private property;".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
