About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic", increases in system effectiveness of public welfare payments and strengthening of targeting of their appointment, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for purpose of public welfare payments" of December 29, 2009 No. 822 the following changes and amendment:

- in Item 2 of the word to "The ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic of social protection of the population" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- in Item 5 of the word "providing, health cares, work, and" to replace migrations with the word "developments";

- in Regulations on the procedure for purpose of public welfare payments approved by the above-stated resolution:

to state paragraph two of Item 27 in the following edition:

"To the families living in the mountain and remote zones where district coefficients of surcharges to the salary and other social payments to the population are established, monthly allowance to the needy families having children it is appointed using these coefficients.";
