About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of 07.02.2012 No. 63

According to parts one and the second article 7 of the Air code of Ukraine and for the purpose of enhancement of rules of registration of the state aircrafts of Ukraine and certification of copy of the state aircraft of Ukraine I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Rules of registration of the state aircrafts of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of February 07, 2012 No. 63, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2012 on No. 334/20647 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Approve Changes in the Rules of certification of copy of the state aircraft of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of February 07, 2012 No. 63, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2012 on No. 335/20648 (with changes) which are applied.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in Rules of registration of the state aircrafts of Ukraine

1. In the Section II:

Item 2.3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2.3. The state aircrafts, except those which are specified in Item 2. 4, are subject to obligatory registration in the register of the state aircrafts of Ukraine";

To replace 2) in Item 2.4 of figure "100" with figures "150";
