About modification of the Regulations on Federal Agency for Fishery

c) add with subitem 5.5.32 of the following content:

"5.5.32. the conclusion of contracts of use of fish-breeding sites with fish-breeding farms to which fishery sites for implementation of commodity fish breeding based on agreements on provision of fishery sites were provided;".

2. Realization of the powers established according to this resolution is performed within the number of employees of central office of Federal Agency for Fishery, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Agency in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
