About modification of the Regulations on licensing of educational activities

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of educational activities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 28, 2013 No. 966 "About licensing of educational activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 44, the Art. 5764).

Changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of educational activities

1. In the subitem "d" of Item 6 of the word "shall be replaced with words the pedagogical workers who signed with the licensee employment contracts" "in staff of the licensee or attraction by it on other legal cause of pedagogical workers".

2. Add Item 8 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Requirements established by subitems "v", "d" and "e" of item 4 and subitems "v", "zh" and "z" of Item 6 of this provision are not imposed to the Russian educational organizations located outside the territory of the Russian Federation, and the educational organizations created according to international treaties of the Russian Federation and located outside the territory of the Russian Federation.".
