"2. - to the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to provide to the chief of the General Staff transfer of documentation of Service of registration and certification of the state aircrafts of logistics of Command of Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Management of regulation of activities of the state aircraft of Ukraine.

3. To provide to the head of department of regulation of activities of the state aircraft of Ukraine steady fulfillment of requirements of this order.".

2. Approve:

1) changes in the Rules of registration of the state aircrafts of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of February 07, 2012 No. 63, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2012 on No. 334/20647, which are applied;
