for the purpose of ensuring legal turnover of goods,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement concepts which mean the following are used:

"competent (authorized) body of state member" - the executive body of state member authorized according to the legislation of state member to provide:

control of turnover of goods on which the decision on marking is made by control (identification) signs;

functioning of national system of marking of goods control (identification) signs;

coordination of activities of executive bodies of state member for control of turnover of goods on which the decision on marking is made by control (identification) signs;

"control (identification) sign" - the form of the strict reporting with elements (means) of protection against counterfeit (the protected printed material) intended for marking of goods. Use of the control (identification) signs containing the built-in radio-frequency tag is allowed;

"marking by control (identification) signs" - drawing on goods of control (identification) signs of the approved sample;

"turnover of goods" - storage, transportation, production, import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, acquisition and realization (sale) of goods in the territories of state members;

"wholesale trade" - the type of trading activity connected with acquisition and sales of goods for their use in business activity (including for resale) or in other purposes which are not connected with personal, family, home and other similar use;
