About modification of the Regulations on procedure for forming and use by banks of Ukraine of reserves for compensation of possible losses on active banking activities

According to Articles 7, of 56, 59 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 36, "About banks and banking activity" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 66 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for forming and use by banks of Ukraine of reserves for compensation of possible losses on active banking activities approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 25, 2012 No. 23, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 15, 2012 on No. 231/20544 (with changes), the following changes:

The paragraph the fourth Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:

"TVK - this cost of settlement future cash flows on the credit determined by bank according to regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine by financial accounting. For the purposes of this provision the provisional estimate of future cash flows on the credit is performed by bank using liquidity rate of the providing determined according to requirements of Chapter 4 of the Section II of this provision by which the bank multiplies future cash flows from providing realization, and indicator of bezriskovost of the asset determined according to requirements of this provision by which the bank multiplies other future cash flows on the credit";
