According to Articles 7, 59 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 36, "About banks and banking activity" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 66 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Bring in Item 2.4 of Chapter 2 of the Section II of Provisions on procedure for forming and use by banks of Ukraine of reserves for compensation of possible losses on active banking activities approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 25, 2012 No. 23, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 15, 2012 for No. 231/20544 (with changes), the following changes:

in paragraph four of the word "contain mark of bodies of statistics about its provision" to exclude;

the fifth to exclude the paragraph.

With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the fifth.

2. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Pisaruk A. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
