About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning expenses on health care

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Paragraph one of part one of Article 103-4 of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, 572) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 50-51, in the following edition:

"1. The medical subvention goes to the expenses of local budgets provided in Item 3 parts one of Article 89 and Item 3 parts one of article 90 of this Code".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
