About classification of bimetallic radiator of heating by the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 7 of article 52 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. The bimetallic section radiator in which content of aluminum prevails on weight over steel content intended for application in systems of water heating which sections consist of the steel core in the form of thin-walled steel pipes (the channel for pass of the heat carrier) with outside fins from aluminum alloy (cast), performing function of thermolysis, according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 is classified in subsubline item of 7616 99 100 2 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
