1. Approve the Instruction for employees of Items of weight and dimensional control on application of the Procedure for establishment and compensation of the extent of the harm and damage caused to highways by the vehicles transporting heavy and bulky cargoes according to appendix 1.

2. To the director of DVK in case of MTIK KR Tashtanaliyev E. M. instruct with employees of PVK and provide observance of requirements of the paragraph of the 6th Item 1 of the Order of the Government KR No. 454 of 08.08.2011 (in edition of July 13, 2015 for No. 481) on all posts of weight and dimensional control in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To impose control of execution of this agreement on the deputy minister Uyezbayev U. K.
