For the purpose of prevention of adverse effect on health of the person and the environment of potentially toxic chemicals and products coming the republics to the consumer market according to article 28 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of atmospheric air", in view of provisions of the Stockholm convention on resistant organic pollutants, the Basel Convention on the Control of Trans-boundary Movement of Hazardous Wastes and their removal, the Rotterdam convention of the UN on the procedure of prior reasonable consent concerning separate dangerous chemicals and pesticides in international trade, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sanitary and epidemiologic control on ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population with bodies and organizations of sanitary and epidemiologic service of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 6, 2003 No. 329 the following changes and amendment:
in preamble of the word and figures "the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population", the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 10, 2001 "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" shall be replaced with words No. 778 "the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "On public health care", "About protection of public health in the Kyrgyz Republic";
