About introduction of amendments to article 11 of the Federal law "About Parliamentary Control"

"3. 1) by consideration of the federal law draft about the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period or about introduction of amendments to the Federal Law on the federal budget the current financial year and planning period consideration of data on the capital construction projects which are again included in the project of federal targeted investment program for the next financial year and planning period (the current financial year and planning period), with indication of terms of their construction, estimated cost, design estimates availability with the positive conclusion of state examination, the positive conclusion about reliability of determination of estimated cost of capital construction project, decisions on provision of the parcels of land under construction;";
To add 2) with part 3.2 following of content:
"3.2. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation quarterly brings in the State Duma to the 30th following for reporting, information on changes of federal targeted investment program the current financial year and planning period.";
To add 3) with part 8.1 following of content:
"8.1. The federal executive body responsible for development and implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation (federal target program) submits in the State Duma the report on implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation (federal target program) in case of early termination of its realization.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
