About entering of amendment and change into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on release, placement, the address and repayment of government securities of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 2, 2008 No. 556

For the purpose of further market development of government securities of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on release, placement, the address and repayment of government securities of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 2, 2008 No. 556 the following amendment and change:

- in Regulations on the release, placement, the address and repayment of government securities of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

add Item 8 with the offer of the following content:

"The issuer has the right to perform release of state treasury bills in national currency of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign currency.";

third Item 20 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-the minimum satisfaction of requests is provided in the following limits:

if the amount of the submitted applications is equal or exceeds amounts of the announced issue - the minimum satisfaction of requests constitutes 25 percent of the announced issue;

if the amount of the submitted applications is less than announced issue - the minimum amount of the satisfied requests is established within the submitted applications.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
