1. Give in the following edition Item 20 "The regulations on the National historical and architectural park "Icheri Sheher" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 28, 2005 No. 200 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 2, Article 75; 2008, No. 1, Article 8):

"20. In case of detection of monument during recovery, repair and economic work by legal entities and physical persons (improvement, lighting, clarification, gardening, except for construction works), the specified works without delay stop, and the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and Management are informed on it.
