About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use of lands for the state natural parks of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of streamlining of process of use of lands of the state natural parks of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About especially protected natural territories" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for use of lands for the state natural parks of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the state agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

Regulations on procedure for use of lands for the state natural parks of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About especially protected natural territories" and regulates questions of use of lands of the state natural parks of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. In the state natural parks the following zones are allocated:

- reserved;

- ecological stabilization;

- tourist and recreational activities;

- limited economic activity.
