About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 1993 No. 158 and of August 29, 2012 No. 802

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 1993 No. 158 "About approval of the Regulations on inventory count of property of the state companies which are privatized (are corporatized), and also property of the state companies and organizations which is leased (returns after the termination of the duration of the agreement of lease or its termination)" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1993, No. 8, Art. 162; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 37, Art. 2292; 2014, No. 70, the Art. 1965) and of August 29, 2012 No. 802 "About approval of the Procedure for transformation of the state unitary commercial enterprise to joint-stock company" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 65, the Art. 2663) changes which are applied.

1. In the second offer of paragraph two of Item 11 of the Regulations on inventory count of property of the state companies which are privatized (are corporatized), and also the property of the state companies and organizations which is leased (returns after the termination of the duration of the agreement of lease or its termination) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 1993 No. 158, of the word "in incomplete structure" shall be replaced with words "in the absence of most of structure".
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 29, 2012 No. 802:
1) to add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
