About some questions connected with accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the World Trade Organization

According to Item 3 of Article 1 and article 2 of the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of the May 19, 2011 applied according to the Protocol on functioning of the Eurasian Economic Union within multilateral trade system (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), taking into account Item 3 of the Protocol on accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Marrakesh agreement on organization of the World Trade Organization of the April 15, 1994 signed on July 27, 2015 the Supreme Eurasian economic council decided:

1. Appendix № 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, to add with Item 132 following of content:

"132. Approval of the inventory to which the state member according to obligations assumed as condition of its accession to the World Trade Organization after entry into force of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union applies rates of import customs duties, lower in comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the sizes of such rates of duties.".
