About ensuring realization of single foreign policy of the Republic of Tajikistan

According to article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the principle of unity of foreign policy of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also strengthening of the coordinating role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in realization of single foreign policy of the Republic of Tajikistan, I decide:

1. Determine that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan is the central body in structure of executive bodies of the government in the field of the relations with foreign states and the international organizations, realizes state policy in this direction and coordinates activities of state bodies in this area.

2. For this purpose the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan shall:

- render necessary assistance to the ministries, departments and other state bodies performed by the international obligations of the Republic of Tajikistan and implementation of the international activities by them, and also to cooperate with them in development of international backgrounds;

- notify the ministries, departments and other state bodies on holding the international actions and to provide participation of representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, foreign organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan and representative offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan in work of the intergovernmental and interdepartmental commissions, working groups, at meetings and in other actions connected with Stew international actively;

- render assistance to the ministries, departments and other state bodies, delegations and their representatives in the organization and holding the international actions;
