The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic which are hereinafter referred to as with "Parties", aiming at establishing bonds in the field of judicial examination and considering that strengthening of the available relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation is equitable to national interests of both countries, for the purpose of further strengthening of the relations by development of cooperation in the field of the right and law-enforcement practice,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties perform cooperation in the field of research works on development of theoretical and methodical problems of judicial examination, efficiency of expert prevention, creation new and enhancement of the existing methods and techniques of expert research, experience exchange of expert practice.

Article 2

When implementing cooperation of the Party communicate with each other directly and through the Uzbek Republican criminalistic center of H.Suleymanova and Research institution of problems of judicial examination, criminalistics and criminology of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Article 3

The parties will develop cooperation in the field of judicial examination in the following activities which are within their competence:

- coordination of scientific work on problems of judicial examination, joint development of methods and techniques;

- data exchange in the field of directory activities;

- holding joint seminars, rates for development of new methods and techniques;

- cooperation in the field of preparation and advanced training of expert and scientific personnel;

- reviewing of scientific developments and expert opinions;

- exchange of methodical and scientific literature;

- rendering the scientific and methodical and practical help each other in questions of scientific and expert activities;

- exchange of specialists for passing of training.
