Allocate to the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of means in the amount 80 500 thousand hryvnias by balance of the State fund of protection of the surrounding environment which was formed for January 1, 2015, for financing in 2015 of construction works and payment of actually performed project works on the "Reconstruction of Constructions of Purification of Waste Sewer Waters and Construction of Processing Line on Processing and Utilization of Rainfall of the Bortnichesky Station of Aeration" project (further - budgetary funds), namely:

480, 8 thousand hryvnias - for payment of actually performed works on adjustment of the project documentation of stage "project" and developments of working documentation of the fifth start-up complex of the first priority;

80 019, 2 thousand hryvnias - for project implementation of construction of the fifth start-up complex of the first priority.

2. Determine that the main manager of budgetary funds is the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing, and the manager of budgetary funds of the lowest level it is determined by the Kiev city public administration its structural division concerning housing and communal services.
