"Determination of classification and cost characteristics of gemstones is performed on the basis of the single qualifiers and price lists acting on customs area of the Customs union within EurAsEC in the course of their sorting, the identification performed according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (in case of import to the Russian Federation), and also in case of completion of production from gemstones.".
