Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, the Art. 916, No. 76, the Art. 2151, No. 85, the Art. 2393, No. 90, the Art. 2581, No. 92, the Art. 2653, No. 97, Art. 2782; 2015, No. 55, Art. 1794, No. 62, Art. 2032, No. 78, Art. 2615) following changes:

to add the subitem 3 of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Forms of the diplomatic passport of Ukraine, the service passport of Ukraine, the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad and services in their personalisation at the expense of means of the general fund of the government budget;";

the paragraph one of Item 2 after the words "for trip abroad with the contactless electronic medium" to add with the words "and purchases of forms of the diplomatic passport of Ukraine, the service passport of Ukraine, the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad and services in their personalisation at the expense of means of the general fund of the government budget".
