1. In the Order of the Government No. 696 of November 19, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Culture, its structure and the extreme number of staff" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 169-170, 775), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) Item 1 of the resolution:

paragraphs the third, fourth and fifth to state in the following edition:

"the list of the administrative authorities subordinated to the Ministry of Culture, according to appendix No. 3;

the list of public organizations in which the Ministry of Culture acts as the founder, according to appendix No. 4;

the list of the state companies in which the Ministry of Culture acts as the founder, according to appendix No. 5";

add with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
