the paragraph one of part one after words of "data on offenses" to add with words "(except provided in part three of this Item)";
add Item with part three of the following content:
"The data provided in part one of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2015 "About fight against corruption" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.07. 2015, 2/2303), stored in single national bank of data on offenses, are provided by information divisions of the Departments of Internal Affairs of regional executive committees and Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk Gorispolkom on requests of district (city) managements (departments) of work, employment and social protection in electronic form. The procedure for information exchange of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Labour and Social Protection is determined in the agreement signed according to requirements of the legislation on information, informatization and information security.".
