About introduction of amendments to article 60 of the Law of Ukraine "About economic societies" concerning reduction of quorum of general meeting of members of limited liability company
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in article 60 of the Law of Ukraine "About economic societies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1991, No. 49, Art. 682; 2002, No. 32, Art. 222) following changes:
state part one in the following edition:
"General meeting of participants is considered authorized if at it there are participants (representatives of participants) owning in total more than 50 percent of votes";
after part one to add with new part of the following content:
"Other percent of votes of participants (representatives of participants) on condition of whose presence general meeting of participants is considered authorized can be established by constituent documents of societies in which authorized capital there is no state share".
With respect thereto the second - the fifth to consider parts respectively parts three - the sixth.
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. Determine that charters of limited liability companies before their reduction in compliance with this Law are applied in the part which is not contradicting this Law.
