About modification of the Procedure for registration of materials about administrative offenses on sea and river transport

According to article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About seaports of Ukraine", to Articles 78, 79 Maritime Codes of Ukraine, ORDER to article 225 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses:

1. Make to the section VII of the Procedure for the registration of materials about administrative offenses on sea and river transport approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of April 18, 2013 No. 235, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2013 for No. 744/23276, the following changes:

Item 7.1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7.1. Forms of protocols and resolutions are made by typographical method.";

Paragraph one of Item 7.2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"7.2. Forms of protocols on administrative offenses shall contain the series designated by two letters and six-digit number of the form.";

3) to add the Section with new Item of the following content:
